Wedding FAQ

Question:

Will we need to have eaten before we come to the evening reception?

Answer:

We will be catering for our evening guests so please make sure you RSVP to let us know how many we will need to feed!

Question:

I'm a vegetarian and so I can't eat the main course.  Is this a problem?

Answer:

No, this is fine.  Please let us know in plenty of time so we can inform the venue.

Question:

What time will the evening reception finish?

Answer:

It will be around 12 am.

Question:

Are you having a gift list?

Answer:

Your company is more than enough, to help us celebrate our day.
But should you still wish to buy us a gift, "thank you" you'll hear us say.
See, we've already got a toaster, a kettle, pans and pots,
And we've bought all the other things that we hadn't already got.
We've already paid off our honeymoon; we haven't chosen a beach nor ship,
But should you wish to contribute, we can organise a few more trips.
We're going to see the Northern Lights, and try out husky dog sledding,
Lapland is where we really fancy, after the run up to the wedding.
With your help we'll create beautiful memories for many more years to come,
As it's a very special time for us, once the vows are said and done.

Question:

Can I come to the ceremony to watch you get married?

Answer:

Please do! Although our numbers are limited for our wedding breakfast, we'd love those who we unfortunately haven't been able to invite, to attend the ceremony.

Question:

Is it safe for children and is it likely they'll be bored?

Answer:

As long as parents keep watch of their children and not allow them outside on their own, they will be safe!  The venue is situated on a sometimes busy road with open gates.  It's also a hotel so if they ventured upstairs they may find themselves lost!

We will be providing a children's table which will have crayons, paper, books etc but please feel free to bring something to keep them entertained.

Question:

Can I stay over at The Habrough?

Answer:

Yes, if you wish to stay overnight, the Habrough does offer rooms ranging from £75 - £125 bed & breakfast - Telephone 01469 576940
